Heartspce Healing: Terms and Conditions
At Heartspce Healing, we value the opportunity to support you on your healing journey. Our terms and conditions are here to create a space of trust, understanding, and mutual respect. We’ve aimed to keep things simple and transparent, with the hope of offering flexibility while protecting both your time and ours.
1. Discovery Call
I offer a free 20-minute discovery call, which you can book through our online calendar. This call is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your needs, and ensure we’re the right fit for your healing journey. I encourage you to take advantage of this time to ask any questions and share your intentions for our work together.
2. Client Intake Forms
Before your first session, you’ll receive a client intake form via email. This form is essential for me to understand your needs, history, and goals. It applies to all services, including Counseling, EFT, Nervous System Reset, A Course in Self-Compassion, Clinical, Athletic and Mood-Based Pilates. Please keep an eye out for this email and aim to complete it before our first session to ensure we start on the right foot.
3. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can sometimes get in the way, and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Early Cancellation (more than 24 hours’ notice): You will not be charged, and you can reschedule your session at no additional cost.
Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice): A 50% fee of the session cost will apply, as it can be difficult to fill the slot on short notice.
No-Show: If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
I always try to be as flexible as possible, so if you’re experiencing an unexpected emergency, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
4. Payment Policy
Invoices will be sent out after your session. We kindly ask that payment be made within 3 days of receiving your invoice. Payment options will be included in the invoice, and if you encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out, and we’ll happily work something out.
5. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your session, we ask that you please give at least 24 hours’ notice, and I will gladly help you find another suitable time. This ensures I can offer you the best experience without any rush or stress.
6. Concession Card Discount
At HeartSpace Healing, I want to make my offered services as accessible as possible. If you hold an Australian Government Concession Card, such as a Seniors Card or a Health Care Card for low-income earners, you may be eligible for a 15% discount on our services.
This discount is applicable to Counseling, EFT, Nervous System Reset, A Course in Self-Compassion and Mood-Based Pilates sessions.
Please let us know during your discovery call or before your first session, and we will apply the discount accordingly.
Note: Discounts are offered in discretion, and while I strive to be flexible, I appreciate your understanding that this is a courtesy offer for those who qualify.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your privacy is extremely important to me. All sessions and the information shared within them are confidential. HeartSpace will not share your personal details with any third parties unless legally required to do so.
